Xin (Shin) came to residential real estate from a background in IT sales. With over 15 years of experience at a global IT company in Shanghai, China, he specialized in sales and management for large enterprise accounts, consistently delivering exceptional results. His corporate experience has sharpened his customer-focused mindset and deep appreciation for building long-term partnerships with clients. During his family's immigration process, Xin began researching and investing in real estate in the Boston area in 2019. This year, he moved with his wife and two children to West Newton, where they now call home.
